I'm trying to shake this judgement, I tried diputing the not-mine. I'm going to duspute the judgement date, do think that might help. Btw, what is the date on a judgement, the date of the final trial or the date of the DOLA of the tradeline that went to judgement. I had an account that they tried to collect for 3 yrs before they took me to court. Is the date for DOLA for the judgement the DOLA of the account or the trial date???
