How would one go about disputing late pays with the OC, it is involving Late pays from 1999 on a Bank One account. They have validated it twice when disputed through the CRA's. Should I just draw up a normal dispute letter, and use the whole. FCRA thing about reporting false or inaccurate information.. Also what does the OC, have to provide as validation for a late pay..
