How would one go about disputing late pays with the OC, it is involving Late pays from 1999 on a Bank One account. They have validated it twice when disputed through the CRA's.

Should I just draw up a normal dispute letter, and use the whole. FCRA thing about reporting false or inaccurate information..

Also what does the OC, have to provide as validation for a late pay..

I tried to do a search but couldnt find anything..

    Thanks for the help everyone

What type of proof would be required by the FCRA.. the cashed checks,... See that is the part I am fuzzy on.. I mean heck, they can just print screen on my account, payment history and send that.. I want to be specific in my letter.. So I dont have to send multiple ones, when it can all be said in one..
