I know (from reading other posts) that this is pretty much hopeless, but I figure I may as well try it. I want to try and get the Lates removed from my Sallie Mae accounts. First of all (let me rant a little bit) I think it is absolutely ridiculous that they don't just combine the stupid loans. Now I have 6 different TL's all reporting lates, bringing my score way way down. Okay... So, I've read the best way to go about this is to first dispute with the CRA's. I plan to do this today. Question is, how should I dispute them? Not Mine? Account belongs to someone with similar name? I don't want to use the wrong dispute, and I know you guys are more educated on this than I am. thanks all!
