Ok Hi Everyone. I just received all three bureaus. I have about 22 collection and charge offs on each report. All about in the 4 -6 year range. The SOL for my state is 6 years. What do I do? When disputing with CRA should I disput three or four accounts at a time? And when I do dispute should I disput the same accounts at the same time with each CRA?? Or mix it up?? I need help. Please respond the more responces the better. I want a mix of suggestions. Thank you.
Welcome to the board, It seems as if most of the people when sending out letters send out the "validation" letter to the CA first. CRRR then after you get your green card back showing that the CA has received your letter then send the CRA your "dispute" letter CRRR.
Certified Return Receipt Requested. It is a service through the post office. It is mail that the receipient must sign for before being released into their possession. After they sign for it, you'll get what is commonly referred to as the "green card" back in the mail within a few days with their signature and the date received stamped on it.
Certified return reciept requested. You can get this at your post office. It is a green card that you attach to the envelope you are sending to the CA and or CRA. Then when the CA/CRA get your letter they will SIGN for it and the post office wil return that green card to you so you now have proof that the CA/CRA received your letter and you can start your 30 day watch.
