   If you can do it on-line, do it...BUT you can be VERY LIMITED on-line...(one thing wrong per account).
   
   By mail you can dispute MANY things wrong on one account.
   
   On-line MAY NOT let you dispute INQUIRES...

   I did one the other day and it was removed in 3 days
   via online.
   
   My issue is I want a paper record of it all for legal reasons.
