How many times would be too much to dispute charges on your credit report?
If you dispute something and it doesn't come off it is ok to dispute it right away again?

I diputed an item with Trans and they said they updated it but the item appeared exactly as it did before. So, I sent out a second letter disputing the same thing probably about 3 days after I received the result, I included a copy of what they said. You are supposed to use stronger lanuguage in the second letter. It worked, they changed the item. Mine was a student loan that was rehabilitated. It was changed from the adverse section to the postive section.

I have the same problem, I have a borrower who rehabilitated their student loan but Unipac still lists it as a charge off.

Do you have a copy of the letter you sent to get them to remove it?
