I sent a validation letter CRRR. I noticed on the USPS website that the letter has been received but I don't have the green card in hand as of yet. Do I go ahead and dispute with the CRA without having the green card in my possession or do I wait until I receive the green card.
You can go ahead and dispute. The timing issue is that you want to make sure it is received before you dispute - I sometimes print out the USPS confirmation page until I have the greencard back. They always seem to come on Tuesday mixed in with all the sales flyers, and sometimes I don't get them.
