I have aq problem was paying on a settlement (verbal) I know was beliving the CA /MCM .anyway I had a cashflow problem and could not come up with the next payment moved it back they got pissed trying to make the payment get a letter moved me to legal dept and now charging me 6% on the remaining balance what should I do I took a look at my credit reports after deal was done no have 2 tradelines 1 from OC and 1 from CA any suggestions ...really trying to just get it done and out of here.went to OC no dice deal with CA was what I got.
