I just applied DMB webmiles credit card and got instant approval.But they didn't give account number and credit line.I also don't know my APR since DMB will decide your APR base on yuor credit.The APR for webmiles master card could be as high as 25.99%.
Sounds like you want to carry a balance if APR is a concern--I would recommend NOT using a rewards card if you want to carry a balance because they always have higher rates and annual fees. I would check out Blue from AMEX with fixed 10.99%---that is better than what DMB wil give you
