Do CRA's record all correspondence?

I was thinking...do the CRA's keep documenation of each item you dispute? If so, if you have 15 negative items on your credit report, and have disputed 10 of them as inaccurate, don't they at some point realize that you are trying to repair your credit?

I'm trying to take it easy on the CRA's and start mostly with the original creditors. This may be very backwards...lol.

I also want to thank everyone here once again for being so helpful.

    Definition:
CRA - Data collection entity that keeps track of absolutely everything about you and makes a profit from analyzing any and all "useful" data not specifically prevented by law. They may or may not tell you what is useful.
    All signs point to yes.

I sure hope they don't still have the infamous "SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES!" letter.

I talked to Experian yesterday and he went through ALL of the items I'd disputed - items that were deleted a while ago. So yup, I think they keep track of everything. <sigh>

That goes back a ways, hehe. Probably a search for that phrase will give you details. Look for the oldest posts. It will be worth it in chuckles.
