Do I dispute as "Not Mine"

Doing an online dispute following receipt of my little green return receipt card.

Do I dispute it as "not mine" (it is, in fact mine -- they just won't agree to take off the TL even if I pay)? Or do I put something else in "Other"?

    Thanks!

Were the letters sent to CA? If so, it doesn't really matter what you put as they can't verify unless they validate first. I always start off a dispute with not mine and go from there. That way it gives me room for more reasons for disputes later if needed. Well, I should say it does matter what you put as the reason because you want them to prove that it is yours (or not be able to prove that it is yours), so do state that it is not mine.
