Disputed a CA on EQ and they sent me the results today it states: We have researched the collection account. The results are: CA Acct# blah blah blah This item has been deleted from the credit file So i go to my collection agency account information and what do I see? CA Acct# blah blah blah Any idea what I should do?
What you should do is call equifax and ask them if it was deleted as it states, why is it there? Then ask them to send you a correctly updated report.
