Holding my breath here goes, In late 2005 I had hired Lexington..ya'll know the drill, I have zero (0) cmrr, copys of jack. none the less they disputed.. Today I get an "offer" from Asst acceptance for 50% off, with the " this is and attempt to collect a debt" phrase. ok fine I go back to myfico, check all 3 cra's, they had removed from 1 cra, changed nothing on 1 cra, and 1 cra lists it as "under dispute" and its not effecting my score. I have read alot of ya'lls post and I think, since it's shown in dispute, is this letter an attempt to collect a debt ...(fingers crossed) If so now what???
