I called today and Mr. Cooke won't budge, wont delete, even though I have sent two validation letters and have numerous copies of my reports that show they never notated my reports, it is being reported incorrectly even stating the account is not paid in full, and the CL is different on all three reports. I said, what else can I do, every time I validate through them, no response, validate through the CRA, comes back verified. I sent the Christi letter intent to sue 4/15. They have violations, and they are all paid, what is the issue???? He said sorry, I can't delete, I will fix it. Well, everytime he fixes it, it is wrong and I am heated!!!! I guess I will actually get to sue Cap 1. I have all my green cards and letters and faxes and emails. (I have honestly tried to resolve this!!!) Anyone have any better ideas????
