    alright, just pulled daughters credit report for updates on disputes on Experian...she had a BK7 this year and she asked that they be updated to reflect in BK instead of all that other garbage...

    So, will you be surprised to hear that the SAME company who did all this to my husband has entered:

    4 accounts on her credit report that are:

    1) not her responsibility (soon to be ex is the responsible party and she is nowhere on these);
    2) duplicated (2 of the four are the same everything); and
    3) they just verified all and refused to put them in BK7 (she has the paperwork of course)

    Therefore, the AG of Colorado is about to get a second complaint from a second party with regards to this company's refusal to report accurately.

    I can't help but believe this will seal the deal with my hubby's and this CA, which already reports 4 (or was it 5) violations on their license are about to go away in a big way!

    Or, daughter and hubby and I are about to sue family-style!

    Ok, here's a wierd one....tripled entries down to 1 today so the update took place and the loss of 2 of them resulted in a whole 1 point increase for hubby.

    Wierd issue: OSI/Palisades is listed as a collection but not in the collection area, in the regular accounts area. It's bizarre. They will lose but I'm wondering.
