Unbelievable. I did a dispute of my citibank cl last week. It is showing as N/A. I faxed a copy of my latest statement with it. Today I see they say the investigation is "completed". Item remains. I don't believe for 1 minute that in less than 10 days citi bank has responded. I am calling the presidents office at citibank today. I will find out if they even bothered to check with citibank. The FCRA says all info must be 100 % accurate or cannot be listed. Apparently credit data southwest didn't learn last year that I WILL SUE if need be. Friggin jerks.
LKH, Sue them. I think I'll do the same with those jerks in Orlando. I am sure they never contacted Citibank and it means they refused to investigate which is violation. Citibank would never confirm that your credit limit is NA. Citibank reports correctly. But Experian's system is all messed up. They are bunch of idiots.
