letters where I am disputing variations of names and address? I've heard that it's not good to sign anything because your signature may mysteriously end up on other documents. Also, I printed a sample of a letter to dispute variations of names and address from another credit forum. That letter shows to include your social security number, copy of driver's license and proof of 2 bills with my name and address on it. Is this really necessary? I see that some people dispute addresses and such online. Are you including this information with online disputes? Maybe I should just dispute address and name variations online.
No hand signature should you sign a letter. Typing is best for they cannot copy it by hand. Translation : Don't sign it, type it If you're not sure about the 'how', then I'd do it online, cause that way it'd probably be easier for you, and you'd know exaclty what ya need to have.
