i have 2 judgements on file. both are paid but one shows its not paid.1 doesnt show up in my credit file.
its pretty old but the judgement still shows.

is this something that doesnt come off?
im not going to waste my time if the credit file deletes but the judgment on the same file stays on my report.
    hope this makes sense

Doesn't make sense...a judgement usually can stay for 7 years. I have had good results disputing as not mine. If the court doesn't respond then the CRA deletes it.

It depends on your state, Texas is 10 years and the judgement can be renew.

Do some searching here as judgements can be removed.

    thank you

just got a tu today, on my report it has 2 judgements
neither one says if they were paid off. just says
    the amount .

now if you scroll through the report it would seem these accounts should show up as either paid or deliquent.

    ill do a search

Lot's of times it won't say because when the CRA gets the info from court it just says judgment...it's up to you to have it say paid.

I would dispute as not mine and see what happens. Everyone I know that did that either got it removed or the status changed to paid.

Consider waiting on the Judgements until C.H.O.D. -since it's so close. Work on easier stuff in the meanwhile.

ok i gotta find out what chod means, but on my t.u.
report theres nothing on it besides a repo, i never paid off. but it says
    balance =0
status paid or paying as agreed.
    opened 1993
    closed 1995 /08

is this hurting me? i should be able to just call cra on this one and have it removed right? doesnt need
    verification right?

Paying as agreed is good...it seems strange a repo would be reporting that way....normally a repo means they took the car and didn't get paid...I'm not sure what to tell you.

Maybe some other here will know.

CHOD means to send disputes during the holidays and hopefully they don't reply with all the confusion
    and you get deletions.

thanks for the chod report, the repo is very old as you can see. but keeping a repo on my report
might be a good idea, since it has no derogatory marks, nor does it say repo.

the bank even sent me a atm card a year ago, but i thought it was a mistake since i screwed them over 3500$. not sure how i could still have an account with them.

ive been outed from banks over 10$ bounced check.

As long as it doesn't say repo or have derogs I would leave it alone.

It does't always make sense the way banks do things. With all the mergers sometimes records disappear.
