Do the new laws make the credit score go down?

New here. Just checked my score again at creditkarma (I know it isn't a FICO score), and it just keeps on going down every month. Okay, maybe I shouldn't complain because it is "their" version of 740, but it just keeps on going the wrong way.

I can only conclude it is a result of the new laws? Y'see I'm at 100% on time for an average age of 7 years, 9 months. Only 19% utilization and a reasonable total debt. Sheesh, I don't get it.

So what's up with it going down every month? Any ideas?

I wouldn't pay it any mind. That said, the only thing the CARD Act did was compell creditors to slash limits, close accounts, and raise normal rates to the max under the new regs.
