I have had it with TU. I deal with a local affiliate and they have been ok, just ok. However it's the main office that keeps screwing things up. I had 2 files, they deleted one, then a few weeks later started another file with something that was deleted off my REAL file. Theres a lot more to it, but I don't want to go into a whole lot of detail. I have them on MANY violations, personally I don't want this to drag thru court forever, but I want to be compensated for my headaches! Anyway does anyone have the legal depts. address? I don't have the info directly to the legal dept., but if you are talking about the TU in Buffalo, I just called them up and asked for their fax number (716-626-1795). If you address a fax to their legal department that would probably work...otherwise you can call them and ask for that info. Hope this helps. L
