    ...pulling/viewing your own report?

    Is there a maximum number of times per/year, month, etc. that you can pull your own report without penalty?

    Pulling your own report won't hurt your score, no matter how many times you do it, assuming you do it directly through one of the bureaus.

    No, and no.

    They are soft inquiries, no matter how many times you pull them.

    Doesn't hurt your score. And in a new world where neither EFX nor TU are allowing new customers unlimited pulls everyday, you don't have to worry about file splits anymore either.
