Do you guys prefer to sent BOTH the CRA and CA dispute and validation letters at the same time? Or do you guys send the CRA letter first or the CA letter first? Or maybe you have some other method you use? I have found that so far sending both at the same time I have received a much faster response from the CA! What are some of your guy's suggestions.

Nobody has any thoughts? I thought this thread might help some of the people wondering who they should send the letters out to first. I know I asked this question when I sent out my first letters.

So far I have receive a much faster response from the CA it seems as if the CRA take a long time so if you can get something from the CA stating the account is closed paid etc. you can then send that over to the CRA and get the process moving a bit faster.

Depends on the specifics of your situation.

In general, I would send the CA a validation letter, wait until I receive the signed green card, then dispute with the CRA. That way, CA cannot legally verify the account back to the CRA. If they do, they've violated the FCRA. Another violation would be not placing the account 'in dispute', this is given since they've already illegally verified it with the CRA.

It seems as if most people are using that system. Sending the CA letter first then sending the CRA letter after you get back the green card. From what I can tell it looks like that might be the best way to go.

I have sent BOTH at the same time but again the accounts that I was in dispute about were easier acconts then some may have (And some I have) so I was thinking that the CA might just send me the letter stating account closed etc. But for future disputes I may use the system you are talking about if I think the CA might try to validate the account.
