Do you they could...?

I have a charged-off credit card with Capital One and I wonder something. Would they or any other bank, instead of making me pay it off right then and there, extend me another line of credit in the form of a card and be willing to transfer the charged-off balance to it? It would still be a win-win situation. I could have the option of minimum monthly payment due, but they could still be making interest off me. Is this a viable option for any credit card company including Capital One? Thoughts are appreciated...thanks!

I had two charged off with Capital One (they were secured). Five years later they were calling me asking me to sign up for one of their cards. Low low credit line (200). They did not even bring up the past cards. I checked and they are still being reported as charged off but are going to fall off in less than a year. The unsecured card I have gotten from them has been great. No problems of any kind.
