    According to Equifax, that code NMSS means Non-Matching Social Security#. I had the same thing yesterday.

    kittie & lbowman: did you call them? What did they say?

    I cancelled yesterday, saying that I know some people who can't access due to filesize. I'm reticent to try again & have to call customer service & explain I want to resign up, but not for the $69.95 deal.

    No, I haven't called. I do know that my file is not too big, so that can't be the problem. Maybe it only works for those who've never ordered Credit Watch before.

    Customer service says the system is down for "updates"...Anyone care to guess what kind?

    I did call but didn't say anything about the "deal".... just to make sure transaction was cancelled and cc was not chardged.... they said that NMSS was non-matching social security... and that's about it.

    I just added a (1) ONE to the "old" sign on...they e-mailed me the "old" password...

    Tried it now and got this:

    I usually get the report on the 3rd-6th of the month...SO IT IS UPDATED.

    I don't want to waste a "PAID" report...

    OMG, it FINALLY worked. I kept getting all those codes too because I had already used the 30 day trial. Well, I called and got a very nice rep. She told me she would reset my account. She reset it and told me I could access it within 24 hours and thats what I did, and I just ordered the product for 24.95. Thanks Doc!

    Did you go through the sign-up process again (name, SSN, address, etc...) or did you go to the "member center" where you ordered CW at $24.95?

    Re-tried today and bam it worked... they stated already had the 30 day free but i still got the 24.95 deal tho.. thanks all

    I still have the 4 for the price of 3...just waste them (THE ONES THAT ARE LEFT)???

    I ASSUME THEY WOULDN'T REFUND ANY MONEY...
