I received a 2 pt increase for the one inquiry I have no idea about the other because i also had several accts update to show zero balances and my score increased 30 pts!!!!
When is the "This board's being watched" thread going to be reran? Is this creditnet's version of May sweeps? Or people think that since it's Memorial Day things maybe slow? LOL I hope that EVERYONE(lbrown59, anamoly included) has a safe and great holiday weekend!!! Charlie
OK...I have a feeling we hold the record for worst results. 7 hards disputed, 6 were within 6 months, 1 was within 1 year. We disputed every one on the report. Figured why not, what's to lose? Silly us.... Our results? 4 accounts which were opened as a result of those inquiries were CLOSED! We had to talk with the fraud dept at Monogram bank to get it straightened out and get the accounts reactivated. They later verified all 4 inquiries. The other 3 inquiries were verified as well. For those who don't know...be careful disputing inquiries for accounts you DO get. You can make a mess for yourself.
The 3 pending hard inquiries were deleted, the account and soft ones are still pending. Gained 6 points!

Yay for Doc!!!! Got rid of three stupid Progressive inquiries (from quotes), and MBNA (was denied) on mine. Asset verified (makes me mad but gives me another violation for my lawsuit). Now I have to re-sign up for CE to see what my score change was, LOL.
HURRAY!!!! Worked for me also...finally got over 600 on CreditExpert!!! 605 and heading up. Maybe I won't have to sue Experian after all. Caseyb
Here it is, before doc's trick - 17 hard inquires 7 soft inquires after doc's trick - 3 hard inquiries 2 soft inquiries(one still in reinvestigation) all but one of the hard inquiries were within the two years. outstanding results!!! Thank you doc!!!!!!!!!!
