I don't remember how this "PsychDoc is pbm" thing got started, but at various turns I've been accused of being:

    1) Lexington Law Firm. This occurred on the Yahoo Credit-Repair list maintained by Michael Kielsky. Breeze, who participates there, defended me heartily, and I appreciated that, lol. That was a year ago or so, and I had recommended Lexington, which precipitated the accusation.

    2) CreditWrench. This was an interesting accusation. Needless to say, my spelling is better than Bill's. (If Bill is reading this, you'll forgive me.) Same problem -- I had recommended Bill, and somebody became convinced that I was CreditWrench. This required no defense, because it was pretty ridiculous on its face.

    3) MomOf3. Some ridiculous person thought I was posting under MomOf3 and made a big spiel of it in the Creditnet chat room. Another silly one.

    4) Pbm. I *think* this got started last year when I did my "Creditnet Study" (search archives). Those who have spoken with me by phone and know pbm's identity as well (including Christine from Bayhouse, the always-controversial Bill Bauer, and breeze, among others) know this is patently ridiculous as well. Oh well.

If I went into PsychDoc's EXPERIAN file (with-out permission) and DISPUTED all his GOOD accounts as "NOT MINE"...that would be ILLEGAL...

Last I knew it was LEGAL to dispute inquires...you can use mail or phone...for some STUPID reason they got rid of the on-line access...

WHERE IS THE WORDS ON THEIR SITE THAT SAYS DISPUTING INQUIRES IS NOW ILLEGAL????

Yes, I do. I guess it is "asking" too much... I "guess" it's just one of the reasons he "hides" his ip address while everyone elses is posted publicly.

    I freely admit I'm not a newbie. I never said I was.

I've also "talked" with "Randy" and there NO doubt in my mind as to what I said.

I was kinda thinking the same thing! Anomoly is covering up the fact that he/she is an IDIOT!

Sorry pbm(Doc :) ), I had to do it. I hope you understand.

javan.... why don't you try making a defense with facts instead of emotion... are you going to run off and apologize again to everyone?

    Censorship...

Interesting... Let the censorship begin... only one out of three of my replies are actually posted... I guess we all know who is hard on the job....

Look, it is NOT breaking any laws!! Period. I manage software designers...If the Experian software designers left in the CAPABILITY to dispute inquiries through the URL Doc posted, than access is still allowed...as someone earlier noted the direct LINK to dispute simply has been removed NOT the capability. THEY KNOW THIS.

Thank you for watching out for our interests and trying to point out this item. However, you are simply wrong. So please stop your insinuations of law breaking without facts.

If you believe someone is breaking the law, point it out to PBM via the ALERT button, contact Experian, or contact the FBI, but complaining on this thread is useless so let's move on shall we?

    Censorship... II

If you doubt I'm being censored or that PBM/DOC is somehow filtering my posts...

How can I respond to Nave's post BEFORE he posts it?

That happens ALL THE TIME on this board...it is an "ANOMALY" or as we say in the software world "A Bug" ... I assure you it is not breaking any software laws. :)

If you use the "QUOTE" feature...and use it again on the same subject...it "CAN" replace what you last typed...sending the FIRST one into CYBER-SPACE!!!

It can "LOOK" like you answered BEFORE the question was ASKED!!!!

I DO IT ALL THE TIME...

Hmm, I'm hard at work on the job, lol. The truth of the matter is that it doesn't bother me if anybody thinks I am pbm -- I consider that a compliment frankly.

    Love ya,

    Doc

P.S. Hmm, since very few have spoken to me on the phone, I think I remember who I spoke with who uses Mindspring DSL in Chicago. Let's see, Chicago, Palatine, Schaumburg. I believe it's my old buddy, born and raised in Alabama, relocated last year to Chicago. How ya been?

Doc, 7 soft inquiries(all from 2000) came off my wife's report in less than 4 hours!! Thank you VERY MUCH for breaking the law! Close your blinds, the FEDS are probably outside your house in an unmarked van!! LOL

Hey Javan, What number did you call? The main Experian 800#?

I will try this Monday if I can...they have 5 mis-spellings of my correct address, they have me living at a local Graphics design shop...and they list my employer 3 different ways. They used to have everything correct.

I would rather call Experian than snail mail or FAX my dispute for PERSONAL INFORMATION in and since I can't use Doc's trick for personal info...calling is my next best option.

    Thanks,

    -Peace, Dave
