Busted? That's the public information... How is that "busted".

Meet at hi/her house? Why? To stalk me?

    anomaly847,

Many of us here are engineers, programmers, DB admins, web designers or people otherwise responsible for software & network security.

I've waited patiently to hear your clear exposition of the illegality of Doc's method. You don't disagree that the FCRA requires the CRAs to shoulder the responsibility to investigate a consumer dispute.

I can understand if you're not an aggressive person, but I have a (minor) problem that you are posing as a newbie to get your point across.

Hey, my narcissism has been tickled. :) This thread has -- in one day -- become the fifth most read thread ever on Creditnet. Here are the top ten. Of course no thread will ever outdo the king -- LKH -- with that famous #1... Still, finally, I now believe that I rule (second of course to LKH and richard612, that is, lol)... :D

Under your "problem" I guess only people who have been here before can post anything... sounds kinda cultish doesn't it? I never said I was a newbie. Just because I choose not to post 100s of times per month makes my point less valid? Do you loose your "newbie" status with time or posts? Guess what... I've got both, just not under this nick.

I would be interested to hear your opinion to the actual issue however.

I think it would be as simple to answer in court as "Experian programer/management/whoever, was it your intention for any consumer visiting the Experian website to have access to xxx page?" No?

I believe that is what Rina was insinuating.

    Guess she was correct.

Doc, I've tried to send you an email, but I guess you have used a discarded email address so I cc'ed your PBM email also.

Yeah, I got them both, Bkev. That's who I thought you were. Forwarded them both to pbm. Why must you always be so hateful? That aside, hope you're well (seriously). Good luck to you.

    anomaly,

Let's stop this Doc is PBM issue. I don't care one way or the other.

I'm curious, however, about the illegality you allege. I'm all ears.

Just for the record anomaly, I have corresponded with both Doc and PBM and despite your delirious ideas, they are NOT the same.

Why can't we all just get along?

As an update - an 18 month old hard and an 18 month old soft have fallen off today!

    Thanks!

Lawyer for the defendant "Why was the URL publically accessible then?"

If you can access a page by manually typing a URL, it is publically accessible. Period.

Don't go that way, Bkev. Forget Bill, forget Doc, go back being the contributing, knowledgeable poster you once were.

Even the young among us are too old for this shit.

I am too.. I've stated why I believe it's illegal, but I am awaiting your response.

Seems like you would find yourself in the minority on that opinion Saar... Many people will say Bkev never contributed or was a knowledgeable poster.

I can access admin features by typing characters in the right locations.... that argument doesn't hold water... Period. The URL is NOT publically accessable.... that's the whole point... To get to it you have to alter the original information...
