What happens when you put a fraud alert on all 3 CRA's and stop all unauthorized inquiries? Does it affect your credit rating one way or another?
They call you on the phone to make sure you apply , you can not go online to get your report,but it does not effect your score. Brenda The Filmmaker Smith
There are some folks on here who have been victims of ID theft, and have had fraud alerts. Perhaps one of them will answer. I know they cannot get their reports online.
