Does Amex accept BK?

I have a friend who has an old BK on his credit report. Everything else is on the report seems okay. He has Cap1 and Providian, but would now like a prime credit card. Equifax score is 725

Would he be a good candidate for either Amex or Citi? Any other suggestions?

It's so valuable, I printed the whole thing out just in case something ever happens to wherever these threads are stored. Used normal -vs- draft dpi, full color, the works, that's how great it is.
