Did any one apply for the Lane Bryant Card online and get a "we will contact you by mail" notice. Or if you were successful--tell me about your experience.
It happened to me a long time ago (a year or so I think) and I got a denial letter. But maybe your case is different.....I hope so! Steph
I had about five derogs on my report, including 2 paid charge offs and a judgement. So I "deserved" the denial I suppose. At that time my FICO was about 570. It's now 564. Stephanie
None. I'm guessing at the score - probably somewhere between 660-680. Too many inquiries, etc. Stupid reasons.
This is sad. Why on earth do other companies get to see our inquiries anyway? The reason I have so many is not that I'm desperate for credit lines in themselves, but I was trying to find something that could help me get re-established. I seem to only be able to get secured cards and possibly a checking/savings/Visa check card with Wachovia. This bugs me. I know people who have 28 judgements, 2 BKs, and 1 or more repos in the last 2-3 years AND they can get new car loans, retail cards, and other credit. Not that I'm saying they don't deserve the new chance, but I barely screwed up and because of this I can't get jack. Steph
