I just found out they have been after my son for the $179 fee on his $250 credit limit. I need my son to send them a cease and desist letter but I cannot locate the street address to send this to.
Look on the back of the statement if they note a customer service address. Or you can also send the letter to the billing address on the payment coupon. The payment center will/should forward your letter to the appropriate dept. Or just call thei toll free # and ask them
Is it still with the original creditor, or is a collection agency calling him? Don't send them a cease and desist letter. When you do that, you leave them only one option--to file suit. Let us know if it's the OC or CA, so we know how to proceed.
