Christi, Yes, they have. I have mine for over a year and you cannot apply on the websites. You have to call the Bank Of America Customer Serevice and they took your application over the phone. They have both types of LOC either Secured or Unsecured. You can access your account by withdrawing funds from ATM, writing access checks or acts Checking Overdraft protection. If approved, you're required to go inside for signing the agreement. Ron.
