   I applied for chase universal card and didn't get instant approval. Do they usually have instant decisions ? my tu score is 768 no baddies and 2 inq the last 12 months.

   Did it say instant approvel before you appied?If it did then they must of be overloaded with new applications for this card and is unable to give instant approvel at this time,or they may need additional information from you if this is instant one.
