Has anyone had any success getting Citi to respond via PFB?? I've done everything everyone has suggested to get a lower rate on my card and they would only knock it down .09% - and that's after a phone call, and 3 emails. So I PFB'd them since my hubby got a 0% interest offer from their AT&T card and since other people had success with getting that rate, I thought we'd give it a whirl. The worst they can say is no, and I'm kinda gettin' used to them telling me no. =-(

Anyway, ya think they'll respond or just ignore my email?

They eventually will answer you, by mail from their executive offices.

They want to see some $$$$ big spending, and payoff to think you are a valuable customer, fyi.

Thanks Sam & George... it's been several days and I hadn't heard from them... I got issues with being ignored..<g>

Target responded within 36 hours to my request (PFB) to lower my APR from 15.9 to something better... a big fat no... but at least my decline was prompt! It had already been lowered from 18.9 back in December.... but I thought I'd give it a try since others were reporting success.

I sent a PFB to citi on 4/25 and I still haven't received a response. Resent it again yesterday.
