I was speaking with a friend of mine who works for a bank and she shared this with me. If you have a paid judgment on your CR, you can contact the circuit court and ask for a "motion to set aside". It might cost you a few dollars, but if the plaintiff is in agreement, it's removed from your CR. She said it's not uncommon for them to do it. Shanyl
