Does it matter what time of the month??

I always read that the end of month was best for collectors working on commission.

 

Regardless if they work on commissions or not, always then end of the month is better, preferably the last day of the month. If the collector doesn't work on commissions, the office still needs a certain amount of money, you're settlement may put them over that.
