THE STORY--->My friend used one of those Credit Counseling services (BAD MOVE) she just found out that they aren't paying her bill on time and etc. Now... I'm trying to help her! I really need an address so she can write to them concerning her situation.
MBNA responded to my PFB. They sent a letter via regular mail, I had provided them my mailing address. They did not do what I asked, but they did respond.
No specifics, but it was a goodwill letter. Response took exactly two weeks to receive the mailed response, which was a form letter.
They never answered my letter sent via PFB and another one either sent directly via USPS. I am waiting for their response already 3 months.
