has anyone had any luck reasoning with this evil empire? Will they chew up and spit out the mighty PFB? Has anyone tried PFB on them? I have a personal loan I want to have re-done at a lower rate.
I had success when they purcased my dreaded ACE Visa. I made a case to have my credit limit increased. I had it increased once during the 3 years I had the card. I wrote planet feedback and asked them to increase my limit. I pointed out that I had the card 3 years with no lates. Guess what happened? They have me a whopping 100 bucks! hope this helps. Don't expect too much. The thing is I am stuck with this card because its my oldest tradeline.
