Just signed up with privista to see my equifax report, but it doesn't show any of my collections, or at least not all of them. Does this happen alot? Suppose I will just make sure I cancel it out well before the 30 days so i don't pay them anything. It also gives me an error message when prompted t osee the score. Is this a genuine error or do you not get a score when you order the $49 30 days free product?
There are a couple possibilities. 1) are the collections new? Privista runs a week behind. ( usually updates mon or tue) 2) Sometimes they hide under "public record" even though they're not. 3) Is your file "split"? Privista will only grab part of it in that case. The score option is supposed to take you to the Equifax ScorePower site, where you get one free report and score. $12.95 each after that. It's been really flaky for me, error pages as often as not. Keep trying, it eventually works. -Radi8
