Ok, I had to get a new cell phone today because my ex-idiot turned my other one off. (even though I paid him in advance until January) SO, I went to the local Radio Shack and got a Sprint PCS phone because there is no deposit. I know that they checked my credit because they put a spending limit on me, but do they report to the credit bureaus? If so, that would be good. It would add another active positive tradeline to my report. Thanks in advance!
Erica, They only report if you don't pay. I don't know of any cellular companies that report. Does anyone know of one that does? Dani
No, they don't report to the credit bureaus.. It's just another bill, like a regular phone bill.. I was able to get the Sprint PCS inquiry removed by disputing it, however.. jmart
