I didn't pay my cell phone bill. For many reasons. I cancelled it in July and they charged me $150 for a 'changing plans fee' and then $200 FOR A CANCELLATION FEE. I called and said its one or the other but all I switched to was NO SERVICE! They said they would fix it but they haven't. Collectech is sending letters and calling non stop screaming at my hubby. However on the letters it says to send the payment to Sprint (and then sprints address is on their). Does this mean Collectech is just calling FOR Sprint, or is it possible that collectech bought it? It's not on my reports yet. Kellie
My hus. was sent to NCO for Sprint PCS. Now thing about collectech...my stepdad has a $16 bill for the newspaper (which he did not ask to receive and I am fighting on his behalf) is not on his reports as of this date and this has been going on for three months and we are working on his credit...I have not seen anything yet..Not sure..but IMO Collectech is a rinky-dink outfit without resources.
