One of the lines on my Experian credit report reads:
Charge Off as of 6-2000 to 11-2001

What the heck is that supposed to mean?

it says "to" instead of a comma? I have something like this on mine: charge off 7/99 11/01 That would just mean that they reported it as charged off those months.

So when was it charged off? 6-2000 or 11-2001?

I have that too. maybe a chargeoff takes many long, arduous months to complete. I dunno.

My problem/question is when will this item be delisted. 7 years from what date??

If the creditor reports to the CRA each month, then the account will show as "charge off" status for each month that the account was updated.

This has nothing to do with the reporting limit, however. The FCRA makes it clear that the seven-year time frame begins on the FIRST DATE THAT THE ACCOUNT BECAME CONTINUOUSLY DELINQUENT. This was a major change in the latest revisions to FCRA designed to clarify how the seven-year clock is to work.
