I ended up putting 5% down - approximately $24K. I had an initial $10K in escrow...then last week wired $14K into escrow. Last Wednesday, I signed all docs at the title company ofc. (ARF - they took a PAWPRINT of the Dogman's thumb - and looked at my DL - to identify the DM.) The condo cost $383K, now it is up to $400K with other comparable proerties. The final funding happens this Friday. DOGMAN is recorded as OWNER of DOGHOUSE - Tues, March 9. The HELOC happens with cash to the DOGMAN no later than March 31. The HELOC is completely set up. This has been one of the most stressful times I have EVER experienced. Every night and day, I wondered if I would get a call, email, or visit requesting more - immediate - expense money. BUT - I DID IT Team - and you all have helped me. I am IN THE GAME - in California
