And the reason I do so is not to try to make money from information that others can get for free. That accusation don't even come close to being true. Much of what I have has come from information gained from very expensive books and seminars that I sometimes had to travel great distances to attend and then pay big bucks as well as meet personal qualifications to attend. Meetings, classes seminars and schools not open to the public at any price. And I've had to make a huge investment to be able to do some of the things I do that simply isn't known about by the vast majority of people who post here. A few do but most do not, you included. I am not saying it would work all the time but it worked for me. They sent me a reply letter saying "you should really hire an attorney as it is not recommended that someone who isnt lic in law attempt to practice law." Turns out they were able to collect in my state and the overconfidence they felt laid the groundwork for what came next..... They went on to violate several FDCPA and FCRA laws and deleted about a week later with apologies from the president of the CA. Anywho, just my 2 cents!

In a state like Ga where there not required to have a license to collect, and you ask for a copy of there license, they will try and spew fourth BS. This BS often leads to there dimise. I would only reccomend toying with them like this if your past the SOL or the debt is not yours. Otherwise, find there weakness, and hold onto it till they are ignorant enough to file suit against you. Then you use it as a tool to get what you want. NEVER PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT YOU YOURSELF CAN DO FOR FREE.
