How do CRA change DOLA? I have a couple items that my DOLA changed although I haven't had any correspondence with a CA.

The DOLA is supposed to be provided by the furnisher.

Keep in mind, the DOLA is not what is used for the fall off date... Date of the delinquency commencing in CO, which is not always reported on the credit reports we see, is what is used for the fall off date.

If the CA can charge interest on the account, adding the interest *MAY* be considered to be activity, see the difference... The date of delinquency leading to the CO, is fixed. This is why the government said that obsolete status is determined not by DOLA, but by the date of the first delinquency resulting in the CO.
