I have a defaulted judgemt against me from a credit card debt, i moved my bank account to another state. is it true that if they try to levy the account in the other state which is georgia they have to domesticate the judgement and i have to be notified beforehand.

They would have to register an order with your new state. However, some states won't accept default judgments. Check with your state Attorney General office.
