I have heard mention of emailing this guy for resolving disputes when there has been violation after violation after violation. Anyone have an email addy for him? Who exactly is he?

I think I read he was promoted out of the position, and is in their corporate offices now.

    Hey Jlynn, hows it goin?

Do you know what I can do when TU refuses to talk to me because their local affiliate handles MI accounts? CBC out of Buffalo NY to be precise. And they dont take phone calls.

TU's thirty days was up 3 days ago and somehow I feel screwed that I can't hold them to it. Yes I have my CMRRR, but CBC is suppose to handle me.

Although, TU has answered some of my disputes but not all. Can they just cherry pick the disputes I want them to do and force the rest onto CBC?

Also, What does "ITEM SURPRESSED PENDING CREDITOR UPDATE" mean?

    Hey Snakey,

Hanging in there. I don't have any experience with CBC - maybe Butch will come along, I think he has to deal with them.

    Sorry.

Supressed? Is it a Sallie Mae Loan?

No, just a "merchants service bureau" (CA) they have a address in michigan.

Who knows, I didn't even dispute them...

Sallie Mae did this a while back. I think its just an internal thing.

In the future send your disputes to CBC (yes you have to follow the rules).

Yeah but if they were truly "the rules", then why do they after constant barrage of my letters, cherry pick the ones they will investigate. If they don't do it, then they should never do it. Them doing it once or twice has lead me to believe that they could do them all if they so choose.
