I guess that he is sick of being emailed. I just tried to send him an email and my email was rejected by the address.

BTW, he has done nothing to help in my situation!

guess we need to find a new source at TU.

I just tried to forward him a message he has ignored the last 2 weeks. I am getting inquiries so bad now that the same company will pull 6 times in one day. I am debating filing a suit against transunion as they are either mislabeling the hard inquires or are not taking steps to stop the abuse.

may not *neccessarily* be TU's fault. check ou this link http://www.bayhouse.com/credit-forum//showthread.php?threadid=229. if you've already seen this, I apologize for being repetitive.

I emailed Don on Monday and problem was solved on Thursday...THANK YOU DON! THANK YOU!!!

He emailed back to tell me he was forwarding my email to a manager in California and by Thursday, the items were were fixed. I really needed these two things fixed ASAP because I am applying for a home mortgage next week.

This was the second time I emailed him withing 40 days. I hope he does not "go away."

Don was great for us too. He restored 3 positive tradelines we thought were gone forever. We've been trying to get them back for about 6 months now. They disappeared just because we had asked for the accounts to be reported as "Closed." He got them back for us in a matter of days and now they show the correct closed dates. We couldn't ask for anything more.

We are extremely appreciative of the fact that Don has been willing to consider requests such as this via email.

Even though TU certainly has an obligation to maintain accurate records, providing a direct email contact with someone who has the clout to actually intervene doesn't seem to be the norm with CRAs. I believe we were fortunate that Don chose to assist in this way.

Don's willingness to get personally involved on our behalf was a huge help to us and we are grateful to him for taking the time to do so.

If he's no longer available via email, it is definitely our loss.

Why does he help some people and not others?

If his email isn't working any longer, I'm not surprised. It wasn't meant to be a public avenue. I gave the address to a few people who needed help. I asked that it be kept confidential. The next thing I know, it is all over the board. I'm sure he got inundated with requests for help.

I will never give out any info again that I expect to be kept confidential.

    I don't blame you there.

I do feel sorry for him but if these CRA would stop screwing with people's lives they would not have this problem. Credit reports are so much in favor of the CA or OC it is not even funny. All they have to do to verify a debt is check a box and sign it. They do not need a shred of evidence. If you call and complain they tell you to get ahold of the CA(like that will help) or write to the FTC and seek legal help. Maybe, just maybe, not all of us have the time or the money to write tons of letters and go to court. I have sent proof to equifax and experian over alleged debts that they were incorrect and nothing was done about it. If you apply for a cc,loan, job, mortgage, ect this could cost you thousands of dollars and yet they take the whole thing casually and do not give a crap what happens to you.

I wasn't talking about that. I was referring to how LKH gave his number out in confidence, and it wasn't treated that way.

I used my yahoo email system to email him and it worked. All I did was email him an apology and expressed my need for assistance and then asked him to let me know if he can't or won't help me.

Same thing for robin.holland at equifax.

I'll let ya'll know if they respond.
