I previously posted about my problem w/ TU...I disputed some items and got a letter from them saying such items do not appear on my credit report. Yes, the items are still there. I do not want a reinvestigation-TU was given the chance to do it correctly and didn't. I want the items deleted. If I contacted Mr. Richmond, do you think he would be able to assist me?
I agree, call them and get the run around from customer NOservice. Then ask to speak to a manager and get the run around again. You will be able to use this as *ammo* when you ask Mr Richmond to assist you. Having dealt with him, I can say this...if you have a legitimate issue (and you ask him nicely , he'll certainly help you as best he can. good luck!
