I started on this site many years ago when my scores were in the 400s! This was at a time when I was scared to even look at what was on the credit reports. I learned a lot from this site and the people who post here and will be forever grateful. The most important thing I learned was not how to make disputes, but the importance of my score and how and why I should maximize my credit. When I began rebuilding I started with a $200 Capital One card and now have around 75k available in credit. My scores in the high 700s. Just give it some time and be smart about what you spend your money on. Best of luck.

Congratulations! It's so good to see some positive posts!

I started in the low 500's & now I am in the upper 600's. I'll hopefully be knocking on 700's door soon.

This is one of the best resources on the net for credit repair. Lately, there has been a lot of posts geared towards defense of suits and the like. This is another good paradigm for the board.

If you look at the recent ratings, this board is getting some very high search results but, I digress.

In any event, congrats to everyone who makes an effort to improve their lot and to those that help them with it.

It's results such as this, that this board is all about. It is refreshing to hear a success story, and thank you for posting it. Your message is what we all want to see on this board.

Congrats, and keep up the good work!

Great job. With a little help and direction, anyone can get their scores much higher than they are now. Remember, as long as you are taking steps to improve your credit, today will be the worst your credit will ever be.
